We want you to love your skin and love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used skincare products
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Gift cards

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
